Orientation Program Coordinators

As part of the Faculty of Nursing, Benha University's commitment to preparing highly qualified nursing professionals with the scientific knowledge and clinical competencies required for professional practice, the Orientation Program for Internship Nursing Students for the 2026/2027 Academic Year will be launched from 15 August 2026 to 10 September 2026.

The program aims to facilitate internship students' transition into the clinical practice environment by enhancing their professional knowledge, developing their practical skills, and strengthening their readiness to practice nursing in accordance with the latest quality standards and patient safety principles. This contributes to the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality nursing care.

The program features a comprehensive series of training activities, scientific lectures, and practical workshops focusing on clinical training, professional competency development, and the enhancement of essential nursing skills. It also provides continuous academic guidance and professional support throughout the internship period, ensuring that students maximize the educational and practical benefits of their internship year.

The workshop was presented by Prof. Dr. Salwa Ibrahim Mahmoud, Professor of Nursing Administration.

This event reflects the commitment of the Faculty of Nursing at Benha University to support the scientific research ecosystem and enhance the capabilities of faculty members and teaching assistants. The workshop covered the fundamental concepts of research project management, including mechanisms for planning, execution, and monitoring, as well as the key steps in preparing and managing research projects to elevate the quality of scientific output and increase funding opportunities. Targeting faculty members and teaching assistants, the workshop witnessed fruitful interaction and constructive discussions among participants. This initiative aligns with the Faculty's dedication to developing research skills, supporting researchers, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation in accordance with the University's vision toward advancing scientific research and serving the community
