The regular meeting of the Academic Advising Unit with the Faculty's academic advisors was held on Tuesday, June 2, 2026.

The meeting was conducted online via Microsoft Teams to follow up on the academic advising system and review the progress of advising activities across the Faculty.

The meeting also emphasized the importance of encouraging students to complete the Academic Advising Effectiveness Questionnaire available on the Ibn Al-Haitham platform, as part of the Faculty’s continuous efforts to evaluate and enhance the quality of academic advising services provided to students.

The second-semester examinations for the Bachelor’s Program in Specialized Nursing Sciences were held on Tuesday, June 2, 2026.

Prof. Dr. Marwa Mostafa Ragab, Dean of the Faculty, accompanied by Prof. Dr. Khadija Mohamed Saeed, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs; Prof. Dr. Faten Shafik Mahmoud, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development; and Prof. Dr. Nora Ahmed Abdallah, Head of the Second-Level Examination Control Committee, conducted an inspection tour throughout the Faculty to monitor the examination process and ensure its smooth and orderly conduct.

The tour aimed to ensure the availability of a suitable examination environment for students within the examination halls, enabling them to perform their exams in a stable atmosphere that upholds the principles of fairness and transparency.

During the visit, the Dean emphasized the Faculty Administration’s commitment to overcoming any obstacles that students may encounter, supporting the digital transformation system, and implementing the latest assessment and evaluation methods. These efforts contribute to the development of the educational process, enhancement of graduate competencies, and achievement of quality standards and institutional excellence.

The monthly meeting of the Academic Advising Unit was held today, Wednesday, June 3, 2026.

During the meeting, the strengths, fulfilled standards, and distinguished achievements highlighted in the Technical Support Visit Report for the University's Academic Advising Units were discussed. In addition, areas requiring further improvement were identified and reviewed.

The meeting also focused on preparations for the final evaluation visit of the Best Academic Advising Unit Competition at the university level.
