A delegation from Benha University under the chairmanship of Dr. Gamal El-Said, President of the University and Dr. Hussein El Magraby, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, will participate in the activities of the first international forum for higher education and scientific research between the present and the future from 4-6 April in the new administrative capital. Dr. Al-Saied said that we are keen to participate in this global scientific forum and view the successes achieved by Benha University in the fields of innovation and entrepreneurship. He pointed out that Benha University is one of the oldest universities where the Faculty of Agriculture in Muthahr was established more than 100 years ago in addition to the distinguished location of the university geographically to its proximity to Cairo and its presence in the heart of the delta as well as the spread of its faculties Benha, Muthahr and Shubra.

A delegation from Benha University included Dr. Amal El-Feki, Director of the Anti-Violence against Women Unit, Professor at the Faculty of Education, Faten Kharboush and the Secretary of the Assistant University for Community Service and Environment Development participated in the celebration of honoring the Egyptian woman and the ideal mother organized by the National Council for Women to honor the Egyptian woman and the ideal mother. The celebration was held under the patronage of President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi.

In a recent meeting chaired by Dr. Gamal Al-Said, the President of the University and the presence of Dr. Hussein Al-Magraby, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and the deans of the faculties, he approved the disbursement of a grant of LE 650 to all employees of the university's staff -On the occasion of the holy month-.

Dr. Gamal El-Said, President of Benha University, visited the university hospitals where he visited the hospital pharmacy, the sterilization unit, the outpatient clinics, the patients' accommodation rooms, the drug stores and the pathological laboratories department. During his tour, Dr. Al-Said called for the need to regulate the circulation of documents and the use of sound methods in preserving or disposing of them, pointing out the importance of following a specific system to present demands and complete the administrative system. El-Said said that this visit comes to determine the location of the establishment and modernization of the operation rooms of the hospital.

Prof. Dr. Gamal El-Said- president of Benha University – admit that the University will pay the fees of the registration of patents to support excellence and innovation, provided that the University must be an essential part in the intellectual property rights of the patent. On his side, Dr. Nasser Al-jizawi – the supervisor of the graduate studies and research sector stated conditions for obtaining a patent from the Egyptian Patent Office, where the invention must be new, involves an innovative step and be industrially applicable.

Prof.Dr. Hussien Magraby stresses that the University participates, since last January, in carrying out the initiative of "decent life" that was launched by his Excellency Mr. president/ Abd EL-Fattah EL-Sisi in order to provide more care to needy.

Prof.Dr. Hussien Magraby inspects the electronic unified exam that is conduct all over the faculties of medicine in the Egyptian universities. He heaps praise on this successful experience in Benha University and the high attendance percentage that reach 93% among the students at the faculty of medicine.

Benha University organizes, under the auspices of prof.Dr. Muhammad Ghanem, a veterinary convoy to the village of shiblanga in qulubia governorate. This convoy is a part of the University's plan to serve the community.

Under the auspices of prof.Dr. Khalid Abd EL-Gaffer, the minister of higher education and scientific research, the fourth division of the youth of benha University and EL-Sadat City University has visited the naval base in Alexandria as per to the initiative " every day is a new day" to let the students know the national big projects.

Prof.Dr. Hussien Magraby, the acting University president stresses that all facilities will be provided to the foreign students from all Arab countries who are studying in Benha University on equal basis without ruining the educational process.
