Prof.Dr. Gamal El Saeed, Benha University president has issued several decrees to appoint new deputies and heads of departments at faculties as following; Dr.Marwa Mustafa was appointed as the Faculty of Nursing deputy for Community Service and Environment Development, Dr.Mohamed Basyouny was appointed as The Faculty of Commerce deputy for Post graduate Studies and Scientific Research , Dr.Mustafa Rashid as The Faculty of Commerce deputy for Education and Students Affairs and Dr. Mushira Ezzat as a head for Zoology department at Faculty of Science . The University President hopes for them best wishes at their new positions.  

         The Council of Benha University has held its meeting under presidency of Prof.Dr. Gamal El Saeed, Benha University president , Prof. Dr. Hussein El Maghraby, the University Vice-president for Education and Students' Affairs , deans of faculties and the council members'. The University president congratulated all attendants on the occasion of Ramadan and Eid Al Fitr .He also congratulated Dr.Eman Abd El Haq for appointing her as the dean for Faculty of Nursing. He also congratulated Dr. Abeer Al Rabbat, Faculty of Arts dean for getting accreditation by National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation in Education. He also congratulated Dr.Hala Zayed, the dean of faculty of Computers and Informatics for issuing a decree by the Supreme Council of Universities to change the Faculty name to become faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence and establishing a new department at the Faculty for artificial intelligence.

     Prof.Dr. Gamal El Saeed, Benha University president and Prof. Dr. Hussein El Maghraby, the University Vice-president for Education and Students' Affairs have participated in Iftar Ceremony with the Faculty members staff. The Ceremony was held under presidency of Dr. Ezzat Al khayat, the president of the Faculty members club and leaders of the University. The university president and the Faculty leaders congratulate all workers, students, administrative and the Faculty members staff on the occasion of Ramadan and Al Fitr feast.

        Prof.Dr. Khalid Abd El Ghafar , the minister of High Education and Scientific Research has inspected exams at Benha University in a surprise visit .The minister was accompanied by Prof.Dr. Gamal El Saeed , Benha University president and Prof. Dr. Hussein El Maghraby, the University Vice-president for Education and Students' Affairs. The minister praised the role of the University administration in achieving discipline and regularity in addition to providing students with all means of comfort at exams. The minister has also inspected the new facilities of faculty of Physical Education at Kafr Saad

    Benha University has achieved a great progress for the first time in its history to be at Shanghai Global Ranking of Scientific Subjects 2019. Benha University has got 151-200at Veterinary medicine and become among the best 500 universities around the world such as Oregon and Harvard University. On the other hand, Benha University has got the second place in Egypt at the same specialty with Cairo and Kafr El Sheikh University. Dr\ Gamal El Saeed, Benha University president congratulated Dr\ Mohammed Ghanim, The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine dean for that achievement

Prof. Dr. Hussein El Maghraby, the University Vice-president for Education and Students' Affairs congratulated President\ Abd El Fattah El Sisy and the Egyptian people on the occasion of the 30^th of June revolution .He also said that the revolution saved Egypt from Chaos and ruin. El Maghraby hoped for all the Egyptian people safety, stability and progress.

Dr\ Rania Hamdy Mohamed was appointed as a head for Community Service department. Dr\ Nermn Adly Mahmoud was appointed as a head for Forensic Medicine and Clinical Toxicology department. Dr\ Eman Mustafa Kamel was appointed as a head for Department of Dermatology and Venereology department. Dr\ Reem refaat Abd El Galil was appointed as a head for Microbiology and Immunology department. Dr\ Taghreed Abd El Samee was appointed as a head for Pathology department .Dr\ Khalid Emad El Rabatt was appointed as a head for Cardiology department. Dr\ Waleed Ahmed Mahmoud was appointed as a head for Neurosurgery. Dr \ Mohamed Mahmoud Youssef was appointed as a head for Histology department. Dr \ Gamal Abd El Ghaffar Magdy was appointed as a head for Rheumatism and Rehabilitation department

Dr \ Hala Helmy Zayed , Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence dean announced that Benha University has signed a cooperation protocol between NTI and Benha University to prevent hacking , piracy and espionage of students and faculty members' data. This protocol aims to coping with the latest technology Cyber security and also raising skills of trainees at English and communication skills especially for students at Faculty of computers and Engineering. Dr\ Hala Helmy also said that 20% of the first students at least are going to be certified after passing one of the International exams for free. She also added that the trainee will get accredited certification from Cisco Company.

       Benha University Council was held under presidency of Prof.Dr\ Gamal El Saeed, the University president, Dr\ Alaa Abd El Haleem , Al Qalioubia governor, Prof. Dr\ Hussein El Maghraby, the University Vice-president for Education and Students' Affairs , faculties' deputies and the council's members .El Saeed confirmed that Benha University works by all of its abilities , experiences , scientists and researchers to serve its local community . El Saeed also thanked Dr\ Alaa Abd El Haleem , Al Qalioubia governor for his support to the various activities that organized by the University at all sectors. El Saeed congratulated Mr.Refaar El Nan for his new position as the general supervisor for administrative affairs at El Obour branch and hoped for him best wishes.                                                                                                                  

Prof.Dr. Gamal El Saeed, Benha University President has launched the first mobile clinic for early detection of breast tumors by cooperation with the national program for women's health at ministry of Health. This initiative is a part of several presidential initiatives which were launched by the president \ Abd El Fattah El Sisy to develop villages and slums at the governorate. The initiative was launched in presence of Prof. Dr\ Hussein El Maghraby, the University Vice-president for Education and Students' Affairs, Dr. Mustafa El Qady, Faculty of Medicine dean, Dr. Omar Sherif , the manager of the national program for women's health , Dr\Eman Al Bitar , Dr\Mohamed Goudah , Dr\Randa Mustafa and Dr. Ahmed Youssef.
