The supreme council of the universities decides, under the presidency of prof.Dr. Khalid Abd EL-Gafer, the minister of higher education and prof.Dr. Muhammad Latif, the secretary of the council, to launch the contest of the best university in the field of digital transformation and the wining universities will be honored under the auspices of the president.
