Benha University participates in Microsoft Developers conference 2017 at the American University in Cairo from18-3-2017 to 19-3-2017. The university is represented by prof.Dr. Ghazi Assasa, the executive manager of IT, prof.Dr. Islam Saharawi, the head of the E- Services unit, prof.Dr. Amr El-Awamry, the supervisor of the IT units, prof.Dr. Lotfy Abu Salim, the head of the training project of IT and Eng/ Ahmed Zagzog at the digital network. 

Prof.Dr. EL-Sayed EL-kady, the university president starts his official visit to the united Arab of Emirates to attend the Arab Universities conference in Dubai. The university president asserts that the issue of developing education has been discussed with the officials of the El-Ein University in addition to discussing the stduents exchange among the universities. The university president announces the recommendations of the first education forum that is held in Benha University in last November. 

In the frame of the societal role of Benha University, the university put all its medical potentials at the disposal of the state to provide a quality healthcare to the poisoned at Shubra-EL-Khima in the Qulubia governorate. The university president contacts with prof.Dr. Hesham Abu EL-Enin, the vice president of post-graduate studies, prof.Dr. Mahmoud Abd el-Sabour, the dean of the faculty of medicine and prof.Dr. Yosry EL-Saied, the manager of the university hospitals in order to contact the ministry of health and get the job well done.

In a phone call, prof.Dr. EL-Sayed El-Kady, the university president asserts that the university hospitals are up and running and the hospitals are providing a quality healthcare to the patients. The university president says that the problem of the strike has been solved by contacting the dean of the faculty of nursing and the deputies of the faculty to provide those who do the job of nurses as per what has been agreed upon with the dean of the faculty of medicine, the faculties’ deputies and the manager of the university hospitals.

Benha University’s delegation participates in Microsoft conference in the Nile Ritz hotel at Cairo on Monday, 20-3-2017 where the applications of Microsoft can be used in the university campus in the educational process. The conference is attended by prof.Dr. Nabil Hasan, the executive manager of the projects management administration in the ministry of higher education and Eng. / Tarek Ali, the ICTP official, prof.Dr. Ghazi Assasa, the executive manager of IT, prof.Dr. Lotfy Abu Salim, the head of the training project of IT, prof.Dr. Muhammad Muhammad Ghanem, the vice executive manager of IT, prof.Dr. Mazen Selim, the head of digital network, prof.Dr. Reda Omar, the Mis manger, prof.Dr.Shady EL-Mashad, the manager of the E-Portal and Eng. Ahmed Shibel, the engineer at the digital network.  

The stduents exchange conference has begun which was organized by the Arab universities Arab union. The conference was initiated by the word of prof.Dr. Ghalib El-Refaay, the president of El-Ein university in which he stresses that the stduents exchange is very important among the Arab universities to help the youth stimulate their thoughts and culture. 

Prof.Dr. Khalid Abd El-Barry, Zagazig University president hosts prof.Dr. El-Sayed-El-Kady, Benha university president and the professor of production engineering and mechanical design in Zagazig university as they discuss higher education- related issues that help to improve the educational process and increase the cooperation between both universities. This meeting is in the frame of prof.Dr. El-Sayed-El-Kady, Benha university president visit to Zagazig University to discuss a master thesis in the faculty of engineering.  Prof.Dr. El-Sayed-El-Kady says the thesis presented from the MA candidate/ Paula Georgry Ghaly Iskander is one of the applied researches in the field of design and production engineering. The discussion committee includes; prof.Dr. Muhammad Abd EL-Hamid Hasan, prof.Dr. Emil Gad Halim and prof.Dr. Ayman Mansur, the professors of mechanical design at the faculty of engineering in Zagazig University and prof.Dr. Nahed El-Mahalawy, the professor of the department of the mechanical design engineering in Ein-Shams University.         

Prof.Dr. El-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president urges the faculties’ dean to increase the products and release them into the market in order to serve the community, decrease the burden on the citizens and face the high raise in the prices. This statement concurs with prof.Dr. El-Sayed El-Kady presidency of the leaders council, which includes the faculties’ deans and the university president chancellors, that is held on Tuesday at the faculty of engineering/Shubra. The council approves to decrease the fees of the employees, their sons, the sons of the faculty’s members in the open-learning at the amount of 50% after excluding the annual fees imposed by the state.   

The university president stresses that the relationship between Egypt and China is a very strong one and the Egyptian people and the Chinese people are closely related to each other. This statement concurs with the university president’ meeting with the Chinese students at the faculty of engineering/ Shubra. 

Prof.Dr. El-Sayed El-Kady, the university president announces that there will be a center of lessons to be established for the students of the schools in the frame of the university and its faculties endeavor to serve the community.  The university president stresses that, in the university’s leaders council which includes the faculties deans and the university president chancellors, the different university’s faculties should prepare curriculums that will be taught to the students of the schools. The university president says that the aim of establishing such centers is not only service the community, but also help to decrease the burdens over the parents shoulders in addition to achieving an accomplishment of Benha university among the Egyptian and international universities.
