Engineering Sector Committee at the Supreme Council of Universities has approved to establish three new programs at Faculty of Engineering Shoubra where Prof.Dr.Sayed El Kady, the former dean has been succeeded to establish three new programs as following; Communication &Computers, Electrical Engineering and Control and Management of Engineering Sites. The established programs will serve the community and cope with modern technologies which serve the coming generation.He mentioned also that, these programs will serve our country in its projects which support the national income. 

Prof. Dr. Hesham Abu El Enin, Benha University Vice-president for Postgraduate Studies and Researches' Affair has signed Memorandum of Understanding with the President’s Deputy of International Studies University Dr. Hi Jin Beaw. In his word, Prof. Dr. Hesham Abu El Enin has praised the strong relations between Egypt and China at all fields. The Chinese delegation has visited faculty of Arts and the new Chinese department to follow up status of students’in presence of Prof.Dr. Abeer El Rabbat, the Faculty dean.

The faculty of nursing participates in the international forum on how to control Brucella disease. This forum tackles the ways of protection from such a disease. The forum was held under the supervision of prof.Dr. Howyda Sadik, the faculty dean , prof.Dr. Hanaa Abd-EL-Gawad, the faculty deputy of community service and environment development and prof.Dr. Samah Saied, lecturer in the faculty. The forum was held under the auspices of prof.Dr. EL-Sayed EL-EL-Kady, the university president and prof.Dr. Muhammad Abu Salim, the dean of veterinary medicine faculty. 

Under the auspices of Qualubyia Governor, Prof. Dr. Reda farahat, Prof. Dr. Gamal Ismail, the acting University president and Prof. Dr. Gamal Sosa, the general supervisors of the medical convoys, the faculty sent a medical convoy to the "el- Gabal el-asfer" in el- khanka in the frame of the University role in spreading medical awareness. This activity was under the auspices of prof. Dr. Howayda Sadek Abd el- hameed, the faculty dean Prof. Dr. Mahboba Sobhy, the faculty deputy of environmental affairs and community service and several students of the faculty.

The faculty announces the beginning of the admission tests for the new students of the year 2016/2017. These new students have to come to the faculty on Monday, 29-8-2016 to Thursday, 1-9-2016 to make the medical checkups and anatomies on Saturday, 3-9-2016 and on Sunday, 4-9-2016. The admission test was held on Monday, 5-9-2016 and Tuesday, 6-9-2016. The admission tests of the technical institute of nursing included; English language, the mental abilities, the personal characteristics and the interview. Those who are absent are considered unfit.
