Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the President of Benha University has participated in the events of the China–Egypt University Presidents Forum hosted by Cairo University and with participation of 20 Presidents of Egyptian Universities and the same of Chinese Universities  The President of Benha University said that Forum discusses the cooperation ways between the Egyptian and Chinese Universities to open the ways of research, development, improvement, innovation and creativity.

Prof.Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the University President meets Prof.Dr. Houidah Sadeq Abd El Hamid, the Faculty dean and Students Union Head to discuss several issues which relates to the Faculty and students.

      Faculty of Nursing at Benha University has held a celebration entitled "The Family Day" on Sunday, 27\3\2016 under auspices of Prof.Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the University President, Prof.Dr. Gamal Ismael Khalil, the University deputy for Community Service and Environment Affairs and Prof.Dr. Houidah Sadeq Abd El Hamid, the Faculty dean.

    The Faculty Council was met on Monday, 21\3\2016 under presidency of Prof.Dr. Houidah Sadeq Abd El Hamid, the Faculty dean, deputies and other members to discuss several issues which relates to the Faculty.

Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the President of Benha University has received Mrs. Kisana Yankovic, the Head of Foreign Relations Office in South Ural State University, Russia to discuss the cooperation ways between the two universities in the presence of Prof. Dr. Hesham Abu El Enin, the University Vice-president for Postgraduate Studies and Researches' Affairs.

      In the frame of Benha University policy for openness to the world, the University hosts Dr. Wataru Yamazaki, the assistant professor at the University of Miyazaki, Japan to organize a workshop on biotechnology applications in the research excellence labs at the faculties of agriculture and veterinary medicine under the auspices of Prof.Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the University President and Prof. Dr. Soliman Mustafa, the University Vice-president for Education and Students' Affairs.

Students of 23 Egyptian public universities who participated in the Cabinet Simulation Model held in Benha University recommended a lot of Cabinet simulation model during the coming years.  

      It is worth mentioning that Cabinet Simulation Model has been held under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the University President and Prof. Dr. Soliman Mustafa, the University Vice-president for Education and Students’ Affairs. 

         Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the President of Benha University has received a delegation from the German Academic Exchange Service DAAD, Cairo under the presidency of Dr. Roman Luckscheiter and professors from the University of Cologne, Germany in the fields of agriculture and medicine by the attendance of Dr. Gamal Ismail, the University Vice-president for Community Service and Environment Development Affairs; Dr. Soliman Mustafa, the University Vice-president for Education and Students' Affairs; and Dr. Hesham Abu El Enin, the University Vice-president for Postgraduate Studies and Researches' Affairs. 

Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the President of Benha University said in the frame of the University policy for openness to the world and with cooperation of the Francophone Cultural Activities Center “CAF” which affiliated with the Cultural Outreach Sector in Bibliotheca Alexandrina; several activities that vary from lectures, discussions, conferences, workshops and various cultural and scientific meetings have been organized.

Prof. Dr. Hesham Abu El Enin, the Vice-president of Benha University for Postgraduate Studies and Researches’ Affairs said in the frame of training on international databases, Elsevier organizes training program for the University faculty members and postgraduates under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, President of the University.
