Benha University continues to send medical convoys to the Qulubia governorate’s villages as it sends a medical convoy to the village of Mit-Khenana in Toukh in accordance with the initiative of decent life. These convoys were sent under the auspices of Prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, BU president, Prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, the vice president of education and students affairs, Prof.Dr. EL-Sayed Fouda, the vice president of community service and environment development, Prof.Dr. Mohamed EL-Ashab, the faculty of medicine dean and the chairman of Benha University board, Prof.Dr. Nermin Adly, the vice dean of the faculty of medicine for the community service and environment development, Prof.Dr. Amr EL-Dakakney, the executive manager of the University hospitals, Prof.Dr. Mahmoud EL-Sabroot, the deputy of the ministry of youth and sport in Qulubia governorate and Ms. Rania Motaaz, the assistant general-secretary of community service and environment development.     

Colonel/ Abdel Hamid EL-Hagan, Qulubia governor and Prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, the University president inaugurates the wheat harvest season at the faculty of agriculture in Moshtohor. This is done in the presence of Prof.Dr. EL-Sayed Fouda, the vice president of community service and environment development, Prof.Dr. Mahmoud El-Zabalawy, the faculty of agriculture dean, Prof.Dr. Ehab Farid, the vice dean of community service and environment development, Ms. Rania Motaaz, the assistant general-secretary of community service and environment development, Mr. Eid Abdel Allah, the deputy of the ministry of supply in Qulubia, Eng, Ragab Shehata, the vice minister of the ministry of agriculture, Mr. Ahmed EL-Wazeery, Toukh head official and the Mr. Mohammed Abu Ghanima, the faculty’s manager.

The deans’ selection committee, under the presidency of Prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, BU president, announces that the candidature is opened for the deanship position in the faculty of engineering/ Shubra from Tuesday which corresponds to 16-5-2023 to Tuesday which corresponds to 23-3-2023 in the office of the University president. The University wishes all the candidates luck in the running for the deanship position of the faculty of engineering/ Shubra.

Under the auspices of Prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, BU president and Prof.Dr. Ayman EL-Shehaby, the faculty’s dean, the faculty’s official page on Facebook has been verified as the first faculty to do so in order to help the faculty’s graduates, students, faculty’s members to keep an eye of the updates of their faculty. The University president asserts that the pages of the faculties should be verified in cooperation with the IT units so as to spread out the true news and avoid the fake pages of the social media platforms. It’s noteworthy that this exhibition will be held on Sunday that corresponds to 21-5-2023 keeping in mind that the participants will submit their creations till Monday that corresponds to 15-5-2023.

Prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, BU president congratulates the University’s affiliates who win the pilgrimage draw this year as a part of the pilgrimage-related public lottery held in the ministry of higher education and scientific research. The University president congratulates the pilgrimage draw winners; the three employees wishing them that Allah accept their pilgrimage and forgive their sins. It’s noteworthy that the minister of higher education and scientific research attend the pilgrimage lottery and congratulates the winners of the lottery on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan and Eid-EL-Fitr.

Prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, BU president pays a sudden visit to inspect the University hospital, in particular the specialized center of ophthalmology and eye surgery in order to keep an eye on the medical service provided to the patients in the diverse departments in the center.

He also insects the development works that are conducted in the department of surgery and operations, the economic treatment rooms in the presence of Prof.Dr. Mohamed EL- Ashab, the dean of faculty of medicine and head of the University hospitals board, Prof.Dr. Amr EL-Dakakney, the executive manager of the University hospitals and Prof.Dr. Hamdy EL-Gazar, the head of Trachoma department.
