Dr.Tamer Samir inspects the Aptitude Tests at Benha University Faculties'
Prof. Tamer Samir, Benha University Vice-president for Education and Students ' Affairs said that the University has completed all the preparations necessary for conducting the aptitude tests for its faculties 2022/2023 and for students holding secondary school certificate, its equivalent (Arab and foreign), and the technical certificates.
He also inspected aptitude tests at of Physical Education, Specific Education (art and music education departments), Applied Arts and Nursing to follow up the preventive and precautionary measures that have been taken to ensure the safety of the students and staff. It is worth mentioning that the aptitude tests will start in 6-8-2022 according to the time plan of the Supreme Council of Universities. For his part, Dr.Gamal Sosa, Benha University President stressed on taking all measures that will ensure regularity of exams process. He also praised Faculties management for their readiness for aptitude tests to ensure the comfort of students to perform their exams. He also confirmed on applying all precautionary measures, in order to ensure the safety of students and participants at aptitude tests.

Opening the candidature for conducting post- graduate studies electronically in the University's faculties 2022/2023
The post-graduate studies and scientific research sector announces that the candidature is available for conducting post-graduate studies in the following faculties (engineering/ Benha- engineering/ Shubra- computer and artificial intelligence- agriculture- applied arts- education- specific education- physical education- law- arts- commerce) in the academic year 2022/2023 to obtain the bachelor, Master, PhD degrees. This is done as per the inner bylaw of each faculty and its capacity starting from the beginning of August.

Benha University's incubation device of medical and laboratory sets (Meditech) launches the international incubation round
Prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, the university president inaugurates the Meditech incubation device financed by the academy of scientific research in accordance with the national program of the technological incubation devices in the faculty of engineering/ Benha. He also announces the candidature for the international incubation round in the field of medical and laboratory sets under the auspices of Prof.Dr. Mahmoud Sakr, the head of the academy of scientific research.

Benha University announces a training course about the labs' accreditation in accordance with the international standards
In accordance with Prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa to develop the labs and the scientific sets in the University, Prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizaway, the vice president of post-graduate studies and scientific research sector inaugurates a training course about the labs' accreditation in accordance with the international standards in cooperation with the national accreditation council. This course is done in the presence of Prof.Dr. Mohamed Bassiouney, the head of the labs and scientific sets units and the heads of the units and labs in the University. It is noteworthy that Prof.Dr. Ayman Fathy and Prof.Dr. Ahmed Nasr deliver the speech in this course.
The University president inaugurates the conference of climate change and animal stock future: challenges and horizons
Prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, the university president asserts that Egypt, under the leadership of his Excellency Mr. president/ Abdel Fattah EL-Sisi, is paying a great attention to the environmental dimension and prioritizes it due to its importance, especially the climate change. This issue has a great influence globally that's why Egypt was given the chance to host the 27th round of climate change conference (Cop 27) on behalf of the African continent.
This statement comes in accordance with the inauguration of the seventh international scientific conference entitled " the climate change and animal stock future: challenges and horizons" in the faculty of veterinary medicine. This conference is held in the presence of Prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizaway, the vice president of post-graduate studies and scientific research, prof.Dr. Amany Abbas, the faculty's dean, Prof.Dr. Eman Rayan in addition to prof.Dr. Samir Hamad, the deputies of the Qualubia governor, Prof.Dr. Khalid Selim, the head of the veterinary medicine syndicate, Prof.Dr. Mohamed Faisel, the professor of marine medicine at Michigan University in the USA and the member of advisory committee of the Egyptian president, Prof.Dr. Hasan Aydaroos, the professor of the veterinary hygiene and the expert of the animal organization of pandemics, Prof.Dr. Ayman Hamada, the deputy of environment ministry and the head of the biological diversity administration, Prof.Dr. Amal EL-Eesily, the head of the veterinary medicine directorate in Qualubia and the representatives of the research and animal health centers.

New success for Benha University in Shanghai ranking
Prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, the University president announces that Shanghai ranking has issued its new ranking in 2022 and Benha University was ranked as one of the best Universities in the field of the veterinary medicine for the fourth time. It was ranked, for the first time, in the field of geometrical sciences, particularly the energy engineering and the agricultural sciences. The university president asserts that the progress the University achieves in the international ranking comes in accordance with the university's policy to enhance its scientific products and hone the abilities of the young researchers.
